Advisory About Recently Locked Accounts

There is an advisory from Loadcentral regarding loadcentral accounts that were locked:

Our System automatically locked the webtool of LoadCentral accounts that were not changed for a while. To unlock your account: create a new message on your LoadCentral registered mobile phone type UNLOCK (space) password send to LC access number 09229990214.

Please CHANGE PASSWORD after you unlocked and have accessed your webtool.

Please change your SL or Webtool Password by clicking on the Change Password. You must have different passwords for your SMS and Webtool-based transactions so your Webtool access will not be locked.

Please regularly change your SL or Webtool Password.

  1. my account got lock for some reason. I have not changed the password on webtool since i became a retailer last April 2008. i tried to several times to do the unlocking procedure that was mentioned above but LC access number repeatedly says my password is invalid. I have been trying to contact customer service but they are always busy..

  2. Have you tried the chat support of Loadcentral? it is: You could also ask your dealer to reset your password for sms and webtool.
