Advisory: December 2010 Holidays Loadwallet Reloading Schedule

As declared by Malacañang, here are the official holidays this December:

Friday, December 24 – Additional Special (Non-Working) Day
Saturday, December 25 – Christmas day; Regular Holiday; NWD
Sunday, December 26 – Non-Working Day
Monday, December 27 – Monday nearest Rizal Day, December 30; Regular Holiday ; NWD
Friday, December 31 – Last Day of the Year; Special NWD
Saturday, January 1 – Non-Working Day
Sunday, January 2 – Non-Working Day

Usually, there's NO Loadwallet reloading verification by Loadcentral Direct Loading on non-working, special and non-working holidays. There's no advisory from Loadcentral yet regarding it but I just want to remind all my retailers and clients to reload your loadwallet early before these holidays to avoid inconvenience. I will post Loadcentral's advisory as soon as there's already an advisory.

Also, due to Loadcentral's Christmas Party, reloading cut-off on December 17 is until 2:00pm only and their office will start at 10:00am and cut-off at 12:00nn on December 18. Here's their advisory:

Please be informed that we are having our ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY on Dec. 17, 2010 (Friday). With this, Load wallet verification will be adjusting the cut off time to 2:00PM only, while our Customer Support will be until 3:00PM. Verification of wallet transfer will resume on Dec. 18, 2010 (Saturday) from 10:00AM-1:00PM, whereas, regular operating hours will be effective for Customer Support. Thank you

We also would like to announce the following regular operating days during the holidays:

* December 20 to 23
* December 28 to 30

We encourage you to manage your wallet properly during these times so as not to miss any sales opportunities.

Regular business operating hours will resume January 3, 2011.
