Here's an update regarding LoadCentral AUTOMATED Verification Text Hotline. Please see below the new SMS format/syntax for deposit verification to LoadCentral text hotline for those who are buying wallets directly from LoadCentral. Here's the advisory from LoadCentral:

Please be advised that today (December 28, 2011) at exactly 5:30pm we will deploy our AUTOMATED Verification Text Hotline. Please advise clients to use correct SMS format/syntax in sending to our Verification Text Hotline to be able to process their details for loadwallet replenishment.

To Our Valued Clients,
In the pursuit to serving you better, we will be systematizing the Load Wallet Verification, requiring a NEW deposit/transfer formats, effective immediately. This shall result to a faster and more efficient details (deposit and transfer) processing thus, faster receipt of your load wallet. :)

Recently, retailers have been experiencing from reloading via SMS, like not receiving confirmation, etc.. Here's the official advisory from LoadCentral:

We have been experiencing too much transactions that we have not anticipated. The volume of daily transactions are way above our projections for this year. Our tech team is disabling from time to time some tools on the web tools of our retailers, sub-dealers and dealers to avoid swamping the system. Rest assured though that we are doing something about it. We have already purchased new sets of servers, co-located another rack at e-PLDT’s Vitro Data Center and our programmers have been working on our new core for the past month. This new system core will address all the issues that we are currently facing. We are scheduled to deploy this by late November.

What if the buyer didn’t receive the e-load? Or e-PIN? Here's what the retailer should do:

1. Contact Customer Support and provide the following:
1. Trace Number and date of transaction if there is a confirmation of the sale.
2. For eload transaction that are not successful, reversals of amount deducted from the retailer will be made within 24 hours.
3. For e-PINs that are not received by the buyers, the retailer should use the Resend feature of LoadCentral:
1. For web tool users, just type the buyer's mobile # on the 'Resend Buyer's PIN' box and click the bar.
2. For SMS users, just type: Resend<space>retailer's First Level (FL) or SMS password <space>buyer's mobile #. Send to any LoadCentral Access Number.

As a LoadCentral retailer, you can sell load products in two (2) ways: via SMS and via Webtool.  Among the two, I highly recommend the use of the LoadCentral Webtool to all my retailers because of the following advantages:

1. No SMS cost since transaction is via web interface.
2. Faster and more efficient since it by-passes our access SMS #'s.
3. For the e-PIN that was just sold, the details are displayed on the PC monitor. The retailer can just write it in a piece of paper in the event that there are delays in SMS.
4. Even if all the carriers' SMS systems are down, the retailer can still dispense e-PINs by selling to his own account.
5. A retailer can do advance selling to himself of fast-movers. He can either write it in pieces of paper or print the e-PINs. He can sell a maximum of 10 e-PINs of the same product denomination per transaction.
6. A static IP address offers the best security for the retailer since transaction using the web tool can only be done in his shop. The DSL ISP normally provides this.
7. In case the LoadCentral website (www.loadcentral.net) is not accessible, the retailer can directly access the URL by logging in at https://125.5.123.144/wizard.
